We are an Application Service Provider (ASP) and license our online tools to companies and individuals (“Partners”). We promote the tenets of permission-based marketing and privacy among our Partners and employees. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information to unspecified third parties.

The newsletter you receive will be co-branded with that Partner. By virtue of this relationship the Partner will have access to the personally identifiable information you provide. In order to deliver your newsletter, we require you to give us limited contact information (such as your name and e-mail address) and demographic information (such as your ZIP code). The optional information you can submit will aid our Partner in providing you with information about products or services of which you have expressed an interest. You may stop receipt of future newsletters at any time by using the convenient “unsubscribe” link within the newsletter.
Contests, Sweepstakes, and Surveys
– If you participate in our contests, sweepstakes, or surveys, we may require
additional information in order to administer the promotion and notify winners. These promotions are co-branded with our
Partners and may also be sponsored by additional, identified third parties. By
virtue of these relationships the Partner and Sponsor may have access to your
personally identifiable information in order to provide you with information
about products or services of which you have expressed an interest.
Licensed Partners – If you license our online applications, we need more complete information such as your phone numbers, business address, and credit card information. This information is required for you to fully utilize the online tools you are licensing from us. We use your personal information to service your account, to allow you direct access to non-public areas of our site to manage your account, and to inform you of new products or services that may be of interest to you.
Links to Partner and Outside Third Party Sites - This site contains links to and from other web sites. Our email newsletters may also contain links to other web sites. PropertySource Network, Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices of such sites.
Security - We take every precaution to protect our users' information. We store the information in a database at our secure data center to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The personal data we do store on our system is protected with the latest Internet security methods and technologies. We use a combination of password protection, encryption techniques, and firewalls to secure your data. The password you select, along with your unique email address, prevents others from accessing your information. We suggest that you do not disclose your password to anyone. While we strive to protect your personal information, no system can be guaranteed. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us. Once we receive your information, we use our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems.
To Unsubscribe or Change Your Preferences–Each newsletter sent from our system contains a link that allows the recipient to unsubscribe from receiving future newsletters. This link also allows the recipient to change their preferences or expressed interests at any time.
How we avoid "spam" – It is our intent to only send email to individuals who have expressly requested to receive it. Our program is designed to allow our Partners to communicate with prospects, and to individuals with whom they already have an established relationship. When using personal sources of information, our Partners may only send email to individuals who have expressly shared their address for the purpose of receiving newsletters, offers and information. The transmission of unsolicited commercial email is expressly forbidden through this system.
When a subscriber has been added to our system, we automatically send an email confirming their interest in receiving emails from our Partner. This confirmation includes an easy method for the recipient to unsubscribe if the subscription was created in error or if the subscriber’s interest has changed.
If you have received an unwanted email sent by our system, please send us a copy of the email with your comments.
Changes to our Privacy Policy - If we change our Privacy Policy we will post changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
